Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005
On 16th July 2005 the new hazardous waste regulations 2005 will be implemented, requiring hazardous waste producers to pre-register with the environment agency before any hazardous waste can be collected from their premises.
A wider range of products will be included in the european waste catalogue codes of hazardous wastes, such as fridges, TV's, flourescent tubes and computers.
